Requirements
- Strong Five9 admin experience

Responsibilities
- Run and tune Five9 for outbound and inbound campaigns
- Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve call strategy
- Use Excel, Airtable, Power BI, or PostgreSQL to create and update reports
- Work with the contact center team to adjust dialing tactics
- Train and support agents on how to get the most from the system
- Keep everything compliant and organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in a healthcare contact center
- Experience with Airtable, PostgreSQL, or Power BI
