You will need 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads, along with data analysis skills. Requirements

• 2+ years managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads
• 2+ years managing media budgets across platforms and maintaining ROAS / CPA targeting
• 2+ years performing data analysis and data blending in Excel / Google Sheets
• 2+ years in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics preferred)
• Experience utilizing Google Ads Editor to efficiently build and optimize campaigns at scale
• Maintains required digital advertising certifications

Responsibilities

• Executes effective digital advertising tactics across platforms without oversight
• Accurately and efficiently implements new ads, copy, and campaigns
• Executes and maintains tracking parameters with precision
• Manages daily budget pacing
• Develops compelling data backed narratives for clients
• Seeks out projects and initiatives that lead to maximum performance impact
• Maintains subject matter expertise in core practice areas while striving to expand skillset
• Understands basic CRO and creative performance optimization tactics
• Contributes to development and implementation of measurement plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Programmatic and TikTok experience
• International experience
• Organization and able to handle multiple priorities
• Healthcare experience preferred
