Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of client-facing, hands-on experience in digital media buying, campaign management and optimization, and digital strategy
- Proven track record managing monthly paid media budgets of $50k+ across multiple clients and multiple platform
- Proven experience with ad and reporting platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
- Excellent communicator who can effectively interact with team members and customers
- Advanced proficiency in campaign setup and management across major advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for client presentations and reporting
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactical campaign optimizations
- Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot campaign issues and performance challenges
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Competency in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to educate clients on paid media best practices and industry trends
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across paid social, PPC, and programmatic channels based on client objectives, budget, and target audiences
- Set up, launch, and manage campaigns in platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs
- Analyze campaign metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI
- Prepare and present performance reports, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Allocate and monitor media budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and pacing toward monthly goals
- Serve as primary point of contact for assign client accounts, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and optimal audience targeting
- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
- Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Act-On, Marketo, etc.) a plus
- SQL knowledge for advanced data analysis a plus
