Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing within B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline, sales meetings and customer generation, going beyond just lead generation
  • Expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics, 6sense, and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic modeling
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Paid Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads, driving pipeline and meetings for the Sales team
  • Run ads across LinkedIn toward Enterprise accounts, primarily focusing on driving pipeline and secondarily on branding
  • Directly manage Google Display Network (GDN) and additional ad channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report weekly on performance using Google Analytics, SFDC, and insights from paid channels. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Develop forecasts and budgets, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly
  • Run continuous A/B tests and report out on results on a monthly basis. Optimize across key levers like bidding, creatives, landing pages, ad copy, audience targeting, and keywords to unlock growth
  • Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, Web Dev, SDRs, Product Marketing, and fellow growth marketing team members to achieve pipeline growth
