Digital Creative Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Digital Creative Project Manager at JUICE, a results-driven digital growth & marketing agency. The role involves managing digital marketing projects, creating killer digital strategies, and overseeing team resources. The position requires 3 years of experience in project management, proficiency in project management software, excellent communication skills, and availability during EST between 8am to 4pm.

Requirements

• 3 years experience working in a project management role (preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or marketing team, managing multiple creative projects simultaneously)
• Understanding of design technical fundamentals and creative asset management
• Understanding website metrics and best practices
• Experience with ad campaigns and landing pages
• Availability during EST between 8am to 4pm
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Google Suite, Notion, Confluence, Zoom,etc
• Upper intermediate English level and higher (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers to develop new websites, PPC, ads and email content & messaging to generate demand and e-commerce revenue
• Understand all facets of the project and write clear detailed creative briefs
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of creative projects to meet business’ needs
• Prepare and lead project kick-off, builds timelines and contingencies, manages budgets, and generates estimates
• Review internal stakeholders' change requests and respond with schedule/cost impacts along with alternatives if needed
• Schedule and lead all project meetings and provide weekly status update meetings for internal stakeholders
• Update and maintain team resource pages and documentation
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
