Digital Designer

Summary

Join bswift's marketing and communication team as an Associate Digital Designer! You will support the business by implementing and programming websites and emails. Responsibilities include technical back-end support/programming on WordPress, Braze, and HubSpot, as well as designing and programming OFT emails. You will also provide front-end design support. The base salary range is $55,000-$65,000.

Requirements

• Be organized, efficient, and able to work independently without micromanagement
• Proficiency in designing concepts and implementing designs for web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content
• 3-5+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
• Mid-level experience in: WordPress, Braze, HubSpot, and OFTs
• Mid-level experience in: HTML and CSS
• Mid-level experience in: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate setting
• Comfortable working in a team environment as well as taking sole ownership of a project
• Advanced Mac user with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Provide back-end support and programming for WordPress, Braze, and HubSpot
• Design and program OFT emails for multi-channel campaigns
• Design and implement content for websites, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, and logos
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to support a variety of campaigns
• Manage and execute projects based on business and client needs
• Post articles on bswift.com and maintain site architecture in WordPress QA
• Program email campaigns in HubSpot and format client emails in Braze
