You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce immersive, user-centered designs. Animation skills are a plus.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in visual design, ideally within product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact visuals and stunning artwork, especially in digital products
• Expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic incubator setting

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine high-impact visuals and artwork that align with product goals and brand standards
• Use Figma to design and prototype user interfaces that resonate with end users and stakeholders
• Create cohesive visual design solutions for product concepts within the incubator
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless design-to-product pipeline
• Bring a creative and critical eye to all design elements, ensuring a visually engaging and functional user experience
• Explore movement & animation opportunities to enhance user interaction and engagement
