Summary

Join Golin New York as a Digital Manager, Influencer Strategy and work across clients to create and execute influencer marketing campaigns. You'll integrate digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 3-6 years’ experience at a digital, advertising, media or PR agency
  • Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing, specifically influencer strategy
  • Passion for uncovering the latest digital marketing and social media platforms and tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Existing relationships with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer agents
  • In depth knowledge of working in paid influencer programs including influencer identification, management and measurement tools
  • Experience creating and executing paid/organic social and digital influencer campaigns
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns, applying analytics to assess results and provide insights
  • Experience executing brand-level social media strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency
  • Ability to integrate campaign elements across earned, owned and paid media
  • Highly adaptable with ability to shift priorities in real-time to meet client needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer strategies and solutions across a number of industries, verticals, and brand programs to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Recommend the optimal influencer approach relevant to a client’s objectives
  • Regularly identify and vet new and up-and-coming influencers for current and future programs
  • Create and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers to deliver above and beyond content and engagement
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and influencers to deliver mutually beneficial results
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and initiatives as well as provide content direction and recommendations
  • Negotiate influencer contracts, with guidance from legal and leadership to deliver solid ROI for clients
  • Brief influencers and strategically review content, providing assistance with social captions, visual direction, and point-of-view
  • Support – remote and/or in-person – with influencer engagements including events and activations
  • Ensure all influencer efforts, both paid and organic, meet client and FTC guidelines
  • Develop recap reports upon campaign execution that measure performance, outline key takeaways and evaluate overall value
  • Serve as an ambassador of Golin’s influencer capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
  • Advise clients on and execute paid social media campaigns
  • Serve as expert in integrated digital programs across, paid, owned and earned media in social campaigns
  • Cultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among team
  • Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships
  • Serve as culture builder and mentor, driving innovation and ideas while sparking team members’ careers
