Summary

Join LeafLink as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help increase awareness, deliver leads, and foster engagement for our Banking product. As the ideal candidate, you will have a solid background in B2B lead generation, be an expert at interpreting marketing data, a skilled communicator, and proactive problem solver.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5-7 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B technology, banking, and/or cannabis industries strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a history of improving funnel conversion and velocity
  • Familiarity with using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Calibermind) to view and manipulate data. Should be able to create dashboards, deep dive campaign performance, and speak eloquently to performance
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content, articulate complex ideas into simple and easy-to-understand messages
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, website, etc.) and tools such as Hubspot, WordPress, Wix, Salesforce, and AppCues. History of utilizing your knowledge of these channels and tools to execute coordinated campaigns across multiple platforms effectively
  • Experience partnering across key marketing functions and stakeholders to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Product, PR, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Ops, Sales, Leadership, etc

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and engagement for our banking product
  • Own and develop the content strategy for the banking product, including creating compelling content and ensuring consistency across all digital channels
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing and Sales) to test and evolve messaging, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and unique market needs
  • Work closely with marketing operations to build and maintain accurate reporting for banking campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Regularly analyze metrics and use data to inform strategy and drive results. Confidently report on the performance of banking campaigns to the rest of the marketing team, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Leverage your understanding of the banking customer journey to create targeted and impactful marketing initiatives. Partner internally with Product/Engineering to influence changes that result in measurable increases to product adoption and customer retention
  • Work closely with partners in the Sales organization to equip them with the right tools to connect with the leads you’ve generated, measure lead quality, and ultimately help them grow their books of business
  • Look for ways to make an outsized impact on the business by improving processes, creating automation, and more
  • Act as the subject matter expert for banking demand and lead generation. Through testing and collaborating with stakeholders, you are the expert on the banking funnel and what influences each section of the pipeline
