Summary

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate on the CRM team at SeekWell, where you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and performing seasonal, cross-channel marketing campaigns. As a key partner with multiple teams, you'll establish and maintain campaign calendars, guide execution, and continuously test and optimize to refine messaging and audience targeting.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a related field
• Proficiency in using Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools
• Experience targeting specific customer segments and audiences
• Ability to collaborate with multiple partners to complete marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform seasonal, cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Establish and maintain a calendar of cross-channel and seasonal campaigns
• Guide the timely and accurate execution of campaigns
• Use customer data platform to identify target audiences
• Partner with marketing operations experts to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Actively test, learn, and iterate with every campaign
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Prepare reports, communicate results, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
