Summary

Join Included Health as a Website & SEO Marketing Associate and contribute to the strategy and execution of digital experiences across company websites and client microsites. You will provide hands-on support in updating web content, running A/B tests, and executing projects across SEO, CRO, UX, social SEO, and technical optimization. This role is crucial to the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include building and updating web pages in WordPress, maintaining client microsites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting page enhancements, tracking web performance, designing A/B tests, applying SEO best practices, optimizing content for search engines and social platforms, and participating in planning discussions. The position requires 2–4 years of experience in website management or digital marketing, proficiency in project management tools, strong organizational skills, hands-on CMS experience (preferably WordPress), familiarity with HTML and web analytics platforms, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira and Asana to triage requests, track backlogs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and workflows across cross functional projects and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in web content, metadata, and SEO elements to ensure high-quality, accessible, optimized outputs
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress
  • Familiarity with HTML and basic front-end website skills (basic knowledge of CSS andJavaScript a plus)
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, and/or Looker Studio
  • Exposure to A/B testing tools and CRO best practices. Experience with tools like, VWO and/or Optimizely is a plus
  • Working knowledge of on-page SEO, metadata, link structure, and information architecture
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and update web pages in WordPress, ensuring brand standards, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
  • Maintain client microsites with accurate, personalized, and business-aligned content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage requests and implement website updates and optimizations
  • Conduct page enhancements, resolve errors, and perform compliance checks
  • Track, analyze, and report on web performance using analytics tools
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to support conversion rate optimization
  • Apply UX, information architecture, and SEO best practices to improve discoverability and engagement
  • Contribute to ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts—helping shape CTAs, landing pages, mobile UX, and more
  • Optimize content for search engines and social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube
  • Support content repurposing, user-generated content monitoring, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Participate in planning discussions, providing insights on technical feasibility and performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or interest in adapting content for AI-powered and social discovery platforms
  • Familiarity with JSON-LD, schema markup, and structured data for enhanced search engine visibility
  • Google Analytics certification or formal training in web analytics tools
  • Understanding of site speed optimization, Web Core Vitals, and mobile performance
  • Interest or experience in video and social SEO, including platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit
  • Experience with websites serving multiple audiences or segments (e.g., B2C, B2B, members, agents, clinicians)
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of wireframing tools or basic UX/UI design principles
  • Familiarity with backlink strategies or working alongside PR/comms teams on content
