Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management
• Proficiency in managing and posting on social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Meta
• Experience with Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter is a plus
• Experience in posting content on websites
• Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration is highly advantageous
• Basic design editing skills in Figma are required
• Ability to track and interpret key marketing metrics and use data to inform and optimize marketing strategies
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage social media posts across various channels, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and Meta, with additional attention to Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter
• Increase brand visibility and engagement through consistent social media presence
• Post blogs and other content on the website
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines and effectively communicates the brand’s message
• Collaborate with the team to strategize and optimize newsletter sign-ups on the website
• Drive an increase in pipeline and subscriber engagement
• Edit and refine marketing templates in Figma to align with brand guidelines and campaign needs
• Use Databox and Slack integration with HubSpot to monitor key marketing metrics and inform data-driven decision-making
• Track and manage HubSpot automations, including demo forms and lead nurturing workflows
