Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management
- Proficiency in managing and posting on social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Meta
- Experience with Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter is a plus
- Experience in posting content on websites
- Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration is highly advantageous
- Basic design editing skills in Figma are required
- Ability to track and interpret key marketing metrics and use data to inform and optimize marketing strategies
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage social media posts across various channels, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and Meta, with additional attention to Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter
- Increase brand visibility and engagement through consistent social media presence
- Post blogs and other content on the website
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and effectively communicates the brandβs message
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and optimize newsletter sign-ups on the website
- Drive an increase in pipeline and subscriber engagement
- Edit and refine marketing templates in Figma to align with brand guidelines and campaign needs
- Use Databox and Slack integration with HubSpot to monitor key marketing metrics and inform data-driven decision-making
- Track and manage HubSpot automations, including demo forms and lead nurturing workflows
