Digital Marketing Client Success Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency
• Can articulate well and speak English at a professional level (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native)
• Have a natural passion and knowledge of digital marketing
• Able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and be the primary contact, understanding their goals and challenges
• Provide insightful monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients, track trends, and optimize strategies
• Conduct client interviews to gather key insights for content & web development projects
• Upsell existing clients and assist in acquiring new clients
• Oversee client projects, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time
