Digital Marketing Client Success Manager

Summary

Join Wisevu™, a fully remote digital marketing agency, and build strong client relationships while overseeing projects and providing insightful reports. You will conduct client interviews, upsell existing clients, and assist in acquiring new ones. This role requires 3+ years of digital marketing experience and 1+ year of client-facing experience within a marketing agency. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency
• Can articulate well and speak English at a professional level (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native)
• Have a natural passion and knowledge of digital marketing
• Able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and be the primary contact, understanding their goals and challenges
• Provide insightful monthly, quarterly and annual reports to clients, track trends, and optimize strategies
• Conduct client interviews to gather key insights for content & web development projects
• Upsell existing clients and assist in acquiring new clients
• Oversee client projects, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time
