You will develop and execute ABM strategies, manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (PPC, social media, email), leverage HubSpot for campaign management, and collaborate with sales and product teams. Success in this role requires a proven track record in digital marketing, experience with HubSpot, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns using HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ABM tools and platforms, ensuring integration and effective use alongside the broader marketing technology stack
  • Design and implement an account-based marketing strategy targeting key high-value accounts, working closely with sales and product teams to align on goals and tactics
  • Leverage HubSpot for campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing to increase visibility and conversions
  • Manage and grow Raintree’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram through paid social campaigns
  • Develop and implement email campaigns that engage our audience and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel
  • Create and execute targeted campaigns designed to attract new customers, building brand awareness and generating high-quality leads
  • Design and implement strategies to achieve lead generation goals, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Assist in content creation, including landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets that support campaign efforts
  • Apply basic SEO principles to enhance organic search visibility and leverage SEM opportunities to complement paid strategies
