Summary

Join moozoom, a fast-growing K-12 Edtech platform, as a Digital Marketing Specialist! Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate with the content and product teams to create compelling marketing materials and improve user acquisition. Manage and grow social media channels, conduct market research, and work with the Revenue Operations Manager to optimize lead generation. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours and a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in EdTech), and proficiency with various digital marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative content creation
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns and growing online communities
  • A passion for education and mental health, with a commitment to supporting K-12 initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing and digital marketing Ads campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for better ROI
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our audience
  • Collaborate with product to build in-product features and workflows to improve user acquisition, activation and retention
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, increasing audience engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with content to create engaging blog articles and other SEO related initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the EdTech sector
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to fine-tune lead generation processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel
