Summary
Join ZenBusiness as a Paid Digital Marketing Manager and leverage your 3β5 years of experience to grow and scale paid media campaigns across social and video channels. This remote role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing, requires proven success in profitably scaling social media and video advertising, strong analytical skills, and expertise in AI-driven optimization. You will manage and grow paid campaigns, plan and execute creative testing frameworks, analyze and report performance, and manage partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a testing mindset, a creative eye, and excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and work with a supportive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or another applicable field
- 3-5 years of relevant paid digital marketing experience managing large accounts
- Highly analytical and proficient with Excel, Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, and attribution platforms
- Proven experience managing projects and tests across teams to meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture with other smart and passionate people
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and test new ideas
- Experience with AI tools for creative development, campaign optimization, or audience discovery
- Inherent passion for helping business owners and entrepreneurs be successful
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
- Project management experience leading tests across teams with urgency and clear documentation
Responsibilities
- Hitting and exceeding goals focused on aggressive growth in conversions and revenue at CAC and ROAS targets
- Managing and growing paid campaigns across online video, display, and social platforms
- Planning and executing creative testing frameworks in partnership with in-house teams, contractors, and external agencies
- Analyzing and reporting with a focus on measurement and the ability to overcome attribution challenges in social and video channels
- Managing partner relationships with agencies and creative vendors to ensure high performance and strategic alignment
- Measuring and reporting performance with a strong understanding of attribution models and cross-channel influence
- Hit and exceed campaign goals for conversions, revenue, CAC, AOV, and other KPIs
- Build and manage campaigns by being hands-on and managing through internal and external teams over time
- Test themes and concepts that align with the ZenBusiness brand book and move our strategy forward
- Establish new channels that can grow and scale to meet our business objectives
- Expand into new platforms and audience segments that drive scalable growth
- Create and maintain documentation and systems that allow campaigns to scale intelligently and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Success with creator marketing and influencer platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI-first CRM tools
- Business intelligence and data analysis tools
- Experience with advanced analytics tools, including multi-touch attribution
