Requirements
- Expertise in email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools
- Microsoft Excel proficiency for analyzing and organizing data
- Understanding of and experience executing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to balance strategy and execution effectively, working autonomously and owning outcomes
- A commitment to high standards of excellence and continuous improvement
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities

- Own the email marketing strategy for the US Cargo Control brand
- Use proactive and innovative approaches to improve performance and explore new opportunities
- Collaborate with other Clickstop brands to drive their email marketing strategy forward as well
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for US Cargo Control to increase subscriber growth, improve open and click rates, and drive conversions and revenue, utilizing tools like Shopify and Klaviyo
- Own and execute customer product review strategy to increase customer reviews collected
- Write and optimize email content and blog content that is user-focused and incorporates strategic keywords for enhanced engagement and relevance
- Collaborate across teams, including brand marketing, PPC, and merchandising, to create cohesive, high-performing marketing strategies
- Conduct keyword, market, and customer research to inform email marketing content, category navigation, blog content, and SEO strategies
- Create copywriting to produce blog articles with informed content, educating readers on product, industry trends, or otherwise related topics
- Strategize, manage, and execute social media marketing as needed
- Utilize data and analytics tools to make informed decisions, evaluate campaign performance, and uncover opportunities for optimization
- Strategically maintain and grow our US Cargo Control brand product catalog to increase site traffic and revenue. Efficiently and effectively adding products to uscargocontrol.com through research, collaboration, and execution with emphasis on visual merchandising
- Drive automation and efficiencies by leveraging tools, creating processes, and advancing Clickstop’s digital marketing capabilities
- Lead innovative projects to enhance overall marketing performance and deliver positive outcomes on website KPIs
