Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta ads and Google PPC campaigns
• Background in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in Canva for creating graphics and visual content
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to analyze and track ad performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies to foster audience growth

Responsibilities

• Handle Meta ad campaigns and Google PPC, tracking performance and optimizing for ROI
• Support creating engaging social media, ad copy, and graphics using Canva to support marketing campaigns
• Oversee Meta platforms, including scheduling and posting content to maintain an active online presence
• Monitor and engage with the online community to foster strong relationships and build brand loyalty
• Collaborate as a thought partner to determine the best direction for influencer marketing and engagement initiatives
