Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media

Requirements

• Proven understanding of Paid Marketing Performance Metrics (e.g., clicks, cost per click, click-through rate) and strategies for optimizing them
• Direct experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage campaigns, AdGroups, keywords, negative keywords, and ads for paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta
• Conduct account health checks and make recommendations for improvement
• Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for keyword expansion, negative keywords, and overall account optimization
• Analyze merchant center listings for optimization efforts
• Pull data from platforms like Facebook, Google, and Amazon to produce weekly reports
• Address disapproved products in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta platforms
• Utilize third-party tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance efficiency and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center Next, and SearchAds360
• Certification in Google Ads Search or Shopping ads
