Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience utilising Telegram as a key platform for digital marketing initiatives
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimising impactful campaigns within the Telegram ecosystem
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-consistent strategic messaging
- Strongly data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyse in-platform analytics and data from third-party applications to inform strategic decisions and measure results
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the agility to thrive in dynamic, agile working environments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively self-manage and prioritise tasks while consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and nurture existing Telegram channels to foster strong customer engagement and maximise their inherent value
- Spearhead the creation and successful growth of new channels within the Telegram ecosystem and potentially other emerging platforms
- Conduct thorough research on industry benchmarks, emerging trends, and target audience preferences to identify key opportunities
- Design, implement, and optimise innovative advertising campaigns tailored to these channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives
- Partner closely with design and content teams to conceptualise and produce compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences and drives business results
- Proactively monitor the digital media landscape, staying ahead of the curve on new technologies, design tools, and relevant applications
- Actively monitor and analyse customer feedback across all managed channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing positive changes to enhance user experience
- Propose and implement cutting-edge features and advancements within the channels, including the strategic use of bots and seamless integration with other company features
- Collaborate effectively with influencers and influencer management agencies to maximise campaign reach and impact
- Leverage audience insights and robust analytics data to rigorously evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous optimisation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating within a large and highly competitive market is considered a significant advantage
- Experience in identifying and successfully growing new digital channels is highly desirable
- Fluency in Spanish or French is considered a valuable asset
