Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role
  • Advanced level of English IS A MUST – all interviews will be conducted in English!
  • Proven experience in PPC, lead and demand generation, and managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Experience with CRM platforms and budgeting for digital marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization standards, and familiarity with tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and backend/frontend processes
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions for Manay CPA
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and YouTube, in collaboration with performance marketing agencies
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform both SEO and PPC campaign strategies
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost-per-lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign performance, providing regular reports
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and drive conversions
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and other website elements to improve user experience and lead capture rates
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content tailored to paid campaigns, including ad copy, video scripts, and graphics
  • Oversee the development and implementation of lead generation tactics, leveraging CRM platforms to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Conduct content audits and collaborate with internal teams to align website and campaign content with overall marketing objectives
  • Assist with website updates and enhancements to support lead generation efforts, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors as necessary
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising tools, and algorithm changes to continuously refine digital marketing and PPC strategies
  • Support SEO efforts as needed, including local SEO optimization, content updates, and on-page enhancements to complement PPC campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing agency or Agency management experience IS A PLUS
  • Familiarity with the accounting industry, whether at a basic or advanced level, IS A PLUS
