Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or financial industries

• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Strong SEO knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Stellar project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns seamlessly

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
• Develop visually appealing, targeted campaigns to drive engagement
• Write captivating blogs, thought-leadership articles, and email newsletters
• Oversee the production of visual content, from graphics to animations
• Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent communication
• Design and execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and drive traffic
• Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
• Identify emerging social media trends and tools to keep our client ahead of the curve
• Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
