Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
  • 2+ Years of B2B marketing experience
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support innovative strategy ideation and align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across email, social media, PPC, and content marketing channels
  • Develop and manage engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, blog posts, case studies, and landing pages among others
  • Ensure continuous SEO optimization of website content, landing pages, and digital assets, following best practices to drive traffic and improve organic search visibility
  • Strategize, and manage high-impact PPC campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, to drive targeted traffic and generate quality leads
  • Oversee and manage reviews across online directories, maintaining a positive brand reputation, and leveraging reviews to improve customer engagement and trust
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, gathering data insights to use in campaign optimization
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for webinars, conferences, and virtual events, coordinating with event organizers and speakers to enhance our brand presence, drive attendance, and generate leads

  • Strong experience in creating high-quality, engaging content for diverse B2B audiences across multiple platforms
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on results, measurement, and continuous optimization
  • Expertise in email marketing campaign management
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology and analytics tools
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Knowledge on line of business with Microsoft or ServiceNow
