Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing
  • Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Constant Contact, Toast Marketing, etc
  • Proven experience in creating marketing and branding materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools for creating visual content
  • Ability to juggle and appropriately prioritize different competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and creatively, while working with strict parameters and brand guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets on behalf of the hundreds of restaurants and food and beverage merchants the client is partnered with
  • Develop email marketing assets, social media assets, and branding materials that reflect the unique voice and identity of each partner
  • Craft compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the respective individual brand guidelines of each partner
  • Write and design tailored email campaigns in platforms such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Constant Contact, Toast Marketing and more
  • Utilize knowledge and interest in hospitality to create relevant and engaging content
  • Transform creative copy into visually appealing assets using design tools like Canva
  • Mimic the brand voice of clients in content creation to maintain consistency and authenticity across all channels
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective communication
