This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies across social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. You will create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the wellness industry. A strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer ecosystems is crucial. This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or influencer marketing roles, preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or health industry
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and manage compelling content that aligns with xLongevity’s brand identity and resonates with our target audience
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights
  • Plan, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and other digital assets
  • Collaborate with the team to produce long-form and short-form content aligned with the company’s positioning as a leader in wellness innovation
  • Work closely with designers and videographers to create multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers, wellness advocates, and thought leaders to build authentic brand collaborations
  • Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring successful campaigns from negotiation to reporting outcomes
  • Track influencer performance metrics and optimize partnerships based on ROI and engagement
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns, combining organic and paid strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs, suggesting improvements for future initiatives
  • Stay updated on wellness, longevity, and digital marketing trends to infuse innovation into strategies
  • Provide competitive analysis and insights to inform marketing tactics

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience with a consumer health and wellness company
