Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (the company’s primary language)
• Strong experience in creating high-quality, engaging content for diverse B2B audiences across multiple platforms
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on results, measurement, and continuous optimization
• Expertise in email marketing campaign management
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology and analytics tools
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support innovative strategy ideation and align marketing efforts with business goals
• Develop and manage engaging marketing content, including email campaigns, blog posts, case studies, and landing pages among others
• Ensure continuous SEO optimization of website content, landing pages, and digital assets, following best practices to drive traffic and improve organic search visibility
• Oversee and manage reviews across various online directories (e.g., Clutch), maintaining a positive brand reputation, and leveraging reviews to improve customer engagement and trust
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for webinars, conferences, and virtual events, coordinating with event organizers and speakers to enhance our brand presence, drive attendance, and generate leads
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital efforts, gathering data insights to use in campaign optimization
• Strategize, and manage high-impact PPC campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, to drive targeted traffic and generate quality leads
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across email, social media, PPC, and content marketing channels
• Collaborate with external PR agencies to align messaging, support digital campaigns, and ensure consistent brand representation across media channels
• Assist in planning and coordinating in-person events, including promotional campaigns, logistics, and audience engagement strategies
