Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing campaign management or marketing communications, with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing high-impact campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center and other relevant advertising platforms
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital media best practices, with a focus on campaign execution, optimization, and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing campaign metrics, interpreting complex data, and translating insights into actionable strategies and recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end campaign lifecycle (strategy, development, execution) for Facet’s marketing initiatives, including defining target audiences, crafting compelling narratives, and determining optimal channel mix. Emphasis on creative velocity and high-volume campaign iterations
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal creative teams and manage external agencies to develop high-impact marketing assets that resonate, enhance brand storytelling, and ensure timely delivery. Includes providing clear briefs, managing agency workflows, and upholding brand guidelines
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other campaign experiments to optimize performance, extract insights, and inform data-driven strategies. Focus on building campaign/ad experiments to fuel growth and acquisition
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates, CAC) to derive insights, develop reports, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement. Includes analytics specific to campaign performance and optimization, with a focus on maximizing ROI
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of campaign performance reports to stakeholders, clearly articulating key findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making and secure buy-in
  • Spearhead innovation and identify emerging trends in marketing across digital channels (social, display, search, etc.), proactively identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach, and competitive edge
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all campaign touchpoints to create a unified and impactful brand experience that strengthens brand equity, fosters customer loyalty, and reinforces Facet's position as a trusted leader
  • Develop and present strategic paid media approaches that demonstrate understanding of platform capabilities, audience segmentation, and alignment with overall business objectives to drive efficient and effective media spend and maximize campaign ROI
  • Leverage understanding of Facet's brand mission, value proposition, and target audience to develop platform-specific strategies that generate demand, drive user acquisition, and cultivate long-term customer relationships, ultimately contributing to company growth and success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce) and data visualization platforms is preferred
  • A background in financial services, fintech, or subscription-based companies is preferred

  • $100,000 - $115,000 base salary + bonus + equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
