Summary

Join MagnaGlobal Germany, a media buying group for Initiative Media, Universal McCann, and BPN, as a Digital Planner in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, or remotely. Coordinate digital departments, strategically advise clients, build client relationships, optimize and digitally develop client strategies, create media plans, and brief experts. You will contribute to annual strategy development, handle display planning, manage campaigns, and optimize budgets. This role requires a relevant education and experience in marketing or digital planning, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a marketing/business administration degree or comparable training and have initial knowledge in marketing or digital planning
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the effects of individual digital channels and their interplay in achieving specific campaign goals
  • A very good analytical way of thinking as well as the ability to reduce complexity within customer communication will enable you to make a good start in our team
  • An independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as a pronounced affinity for numbers characterize you
  • You also have good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the digital departments and strategically advise clients in cooperation with client consulting
  • Take care of the concerns of our clients together with our other departments and build a mutually satisfactory, loyal & long-term customer relationship
  • Based on this successful cooperation, you are responsible for the continuous optimization and digital further development of our clients
  • Take over the creation of media plans as well as the conception of strategies through the application of our tools
  • As our Digital Planner (all gender), you will be briefing the Search, Social Media and Performance experts
  • You will also actively participate in the joint development of our clients' annual strategy and contribute new market trends
  • You are also responsible for the detailed planning of the agreed strategies in the display area
  • Responsibility for campaign management and optimal utilization of planning budgets as well as the management of campaign management and disposition round off your area of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the above-mentioned qualifications as well as in independent project work with clients
