Join Bounteous as a data-driven digital product leader to manage our analytics and personalization platform portfolio. You will drive the strategy, development, and performance of data-enabling technologies for personalized, omnichannel guest experiences. Leveraging expertise in digital measurement strategy and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), you will collaborate cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights. This critical role aligns product decisions with business intelligence and customer engagement goals. You will lead the strategy, development, and improvement of products supporting marketing technology, loyalty, personalization, and data platforms. The position requires strong understanding of customer data platforms, digital analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation technologies.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms, digital analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation technologies
- Hands-on experience managing analytics tools such as Adobe Target, Google Analytics and Mixpanel, with an understanding of tracking strategies and reporting workflows
- Proven ability to influence without authority and manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in retail, convenience, or other guest-centric, omnichannel environments
Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
- Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of products supporting marketing technology, loyalty, personalization, and data platforms
- Drive product initiatives that support cross-functional activation of personalized guest experiences across a variety of channels including mobile app, web, in-store kiosks, email, SMS, and digital fuel pump screens
- Serve as primary owner and point of contact for web and product analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Mixpanel), partnering closely with BI and Advanced Analytics teams to support measurement planning, reporting requirements, and implementation documentation (BRDs, SDRs)
- Define and manage product KPIs, ensuring they are mapped directly to Pilot's strategic growth and customer engagement objectives. Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Loyalty, Data Science, and Operations to deliver scalable, personalized experiences and enhance the digital guest journey
