Summary

Join Wpromote, a leading digital marketing agency, as a Digital Production Designer and play a pivotal role in producing high-volume digital ads across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect, performance-optimized assets, collaborating with various teams, and championing the client's brand. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, motion design skills, and creative vision. The anticipated annual salary ranges from $72,000 to $102,000, and the total compensation package includes benefits. While remote work is possible in most US states, preference is given to Pacific Time Zone candidates. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, either in an agency setting or in-house marketing team (Performance Marketing experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital ad concepts and performance-driven design solutions (please include a link with your application)
  • Expert-level proficiency in motion design & digital production, including Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop
  • Deep knowledge of performance-focused ad design for paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Amazon, etc.)
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creative excellence
  • Proven experience in briefing, managing, and QA'ing external creative partners/agencies
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets that align with both creative and business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Producing high-volume digital ads across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search while ensuring alignment with performance marketing best practices
  • Developing motion and static creative assets, using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, and Blender
  • Creating pixel-perfect designs and meticulously QA assets, ensuring proper resizing, format specifications, and adherence to creative briefs
  • Championing the look and feel of assigned clients by maintaining style guides and creating pre-built templates for streamlined asset production
  • Working with Performance Creative Leads to conceptualize and execute digital ad campaigns, applying channel-specific design principles and best practices
  • Collaborating with external creative agencies, managing deliverables, providing feedback, and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Leading brainstorming sessions for large-scale campaigns, transforming initial concepts into engaging, innovative, and high-performing digital creative
  • Generating competitor analysis insights to identify trends, performance gaps, and creative opportunities across client campaigns
  • Developing creative briefs and overseeing asset creation workflows, ensuring efficient project management across internal and external teams
  • Offering clear direction, constructive feedback, and quality assurance on deliverables to support outside partners
  • Providing visual inspiration and conceptual support via mood boards, storyboards, and mockups to drive creative excellence
  • Championing a modular approach to creativity, building adaptable assets that maximize performance and efficiency
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging AI design tools and automation to enhance production efficiency without compromising quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 3D motion graphics tools like Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their applications in streamlining production workflows
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design optimization
