Requirements

  • Possess Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate Digital Project Expertise – Understanding of website development workflows, plugin integrations, and digital marketing execution
  • Exhibit a Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to troubleshoot roadblocks and align cross-functional teams to maintain progress
  • Maintain a Client-Focused Approach – Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client expectations
  • Utilize Clear & Professional Communication – Strong email communication proficiency with excellent writing skills
  • Have 2-4 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or website development
  • Possess a Strong background in Customer Service and Account Management within a digital environment
  • Be Proficient in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com

Responsibilities

  • Lead Seamless Onboarding – Guide new clients through the onboarding process, setting the stage for a successful project start
  • Define & Manage Project Scope – Work with internal teams and clients to establish clear deliverables, expectations, and timelines
  • Own Project Timelines – Set up and manage schedules in Asana, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables stay on track
  • Oversee Digital Execution – Manage the production of websites, landing pages, plugin integrations, and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure Clear Communication – Keep clients informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and marketing strategists to ensure alignment
  • Identify & Resolve Roadblocks – Proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary to keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure Quality & Accuracy – Conduct final quality checks and pre-launch testing to ensure flawless execution
  • Train & Support Clients – Provide training and documentation to help clients manage their digital assets post-launch
  • Optimize Workflows – Continuously improve onboarding and project management processes, tracking key metrics for efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Experience managing client-facing projects in an agency or digital services environment
  • Be Familiar with CMS platforms (WordPress, GoHighLevel), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
