Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing software or web development projects (preferably in a consultancy, agency, or SaaS environment)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile processes
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
  • Proven aptitude to manage many competing projects and priorities
  • Razor-sharp problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Track progress using Jira (or similar tools) and manage project documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project statuses, updates, and risks ensuring transparency and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with Client Success on relationship-building efforts
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with the client and development team
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively mitigate issues before they impact delivery
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product strategists to ensure clear understanding of requirements, project goals and deliverables
  • Ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned and on track
  • Monitor project budgets, track time spent on deliverables, and optimize resource allocation
  • Continuously refine project management workflows to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Power & Utility sector is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
