Requirements

  • A degree in digital marketing, management, project management or other relevant courses
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a project manager/account manager role with a focus on digital channels across a range of industries (specifically in financial services, technology, health, fashion and beauty)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong ability to work independently, autonomously, and collaboratively within a growing team
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, Screaming Frog and Google Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Reporting and working closely with the Group Delivery Project Manager [direct manager] and the Head of Delivery to grow clients' digital presence by leading and implementing SEO strategies
  • Managing incoming requests and identifying the project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, managing sprint planning, resourcing and deadlines
  • Creating and implementing a robust prioritisation framework across content creation to ensure that the team is focused on the highest impact projects
  • Negotiating deadlines and playing a key role in ensuring that the team is able to spend their time effectively to deliver value by working on their specific tasks through giving immediate clarity on content orders and unblocking any hurdles that come up along the way
  • Liaising with various stakeholders across the organisation to clarify briefs, align expectations, manage deliverables and timelines as well as identify future opportunities for collaboration
  • Analysing task performance and providing recommendations for further optimisation and reporting
  • Managing and developing relationships with other members of the Delivery Team, Consultants and Account Managers

While this is a remote role, preference will be given to candidates based in the Philippines
