Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project and client management within a digital consulting environment, specifically delivering modern web applications in enterprise-level environments - experience with project management involving API integrations, customer experience platforms, data platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to lead Agile Squads effectively, facilitate all Scrum/Agile ceremonies, and manage product delivery using Agile and Hybrid methodologies
- Strong business analysis acumen, comfortable using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and Jira to understand and communicate requirements effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering web-based and/or mobile digital solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without ego
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, etc.) are highly regarded

- Be the connective tissue between stakeholders, developers, and end-users
- Drive collaboration through transparency, empathy, and action
- Set the standard for quality and process excellence
- Identify and implement improvements that boost efficiency and impact
- Help deploy functional solutions that are robust, scalable, and delightful to use
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience – You have successfully led, managed or had an active role in Salesforce implementation, migration, or optimisation projects, and/or deeply understand the Salesforce ecosystem
- You were a software developer before, or a business analyst, scrum master, QA engineer, or a related role, and you have really hands-on experience implementing such projects in those or similar roles
