Summary
Join Ciberspring, a tech-first precision engagement agency, as a Digital Services Seller! This role requires 3-7 years of experience selling digital consulting, systems integration, and marketing technology projects. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. Success in this position demands strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Adobe, Salesforce, and other marketing suite platforms. Ciberspring prioritizes a culture of openness, thoughtfulness, diversity, and excellence.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in selling digital consulting, systems integration, and marketing technology projects
- Strong understanding of marketing suite platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and more
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire to grow and succeed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for digital consulting, systems integration, and marketing technology services across various verticals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and work with internal teams to provide tailored digital solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and achieve high client satisfaction
- Present tailored proposals, and articulate business value to drive client buy-in and interest
- Attend in-person events and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to leadership
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital consulting and marketing technology
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
- Background in digital consulting or full-service agency sales
- Familiarity with content management, marketing automation and data analysis platforms
- Experience in delivering high-quality, end-to-end digital consulting solutions
