Summary
Join OMG, Australia's largest independent digital marketing agency, as a Digital Strategist on our Pre-Sales Team. You will conduct in-depth PPC and SEO audits for prospective clients, present findings, and develop growth strategies. Responsibilities include creating sales decks, training the sales team, and managing complex campaigns. You'll need at least two years of experience in a similar role, expertise in SEO, AdWords, and Facebook, and excellent communication skills. The role requires experience with US and AU clients and is based in South Africa with a flexible work schedule. Requirements
- At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
- In depth Knowledge and application of SEO, Adwords & Facebook
- Experience dealing with USA & AU clients mandatory
- Very strong & clear written & verbal communication skills mandatory
- Must be based in South Africa
- Willing to work from 12AM-9AM SAST (First Month Of Training or during probationary period) and will shift to 5AM-2PM SAST (Regular Shift but can be flexible)
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth PPC audit for prospective clients to uncover what theyβre doing well, and what needs to be improved. Documented & presented professionally via Google slides. Working with the sales team to ideate the best 3,6,9, 12 months strategy to deliver this client growth via PPC
- Conduct in-depth SEO audit for prospective clients to uncover what theyβre doing well, and what needs to be improved. Documented & presented professionally via Google slides. Working with the sales team to ideate the best 3,6,9, 12 months strategy to deliver this client growth via SEO
- Supporting the creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors (using templates already in place and improving them consistently)
- Training and mentoring the sales team to be experts in SEO, Adwords & Facebook and hold high value, enterprise level conversations with clients of all shapes and sizes
- Working with the sales & delivery teams to minimise misunderstandings, maximise alignment. Continually bridging the gap to ensure maximise revenue results for customers and minimise churn
- Managing the on-boarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably someone with strong knowledge with SEO
- Preferably someone who has basic fundamentals with functioning landing page design, conversion rate optimization, and on page optimization skills
- Know how to provide findings and relevant recommendations upon all aspects of digital marketing
