Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic planning with a creative agency
- Expertise in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communicationโe-commerce and CRM are a plus
- Data-driven and user-centric way of thinking and working
- Passion for conceptual ideas and the development of digital ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing effective brand and communication strategies that deliver business outcomes
- Digital-first strategic thinking and understanding the challenges and opportunities that consumer brands and retailers face
- Experience with AI tools and technologies in a marketing context
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Positive and proactive attitude, sense of humor, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both German and English is required
Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated strategic concepts and cross-channel communication experiences
- Create data-driven analyses and research (market, competitors, and target groups) for the development of a strong strategic foundation
- Develop insight- and data-driven creative briefs, with clearly defined goals, and client strategy documents
- Identify innovative business areas, trends, and technologies, and direct implications for clients
- Lead strategic content on client projects, regularly present to and exchange with clients, and provide continuous strategic client consulting
- Design and facilitate strategy and creative workshops within the team and with clients
- Ensure on-brief creative quality while adhering to timing and budget constraints
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in creation and performance teams to enhance digital marketing content
- Test and evaluate new marketing channels and advertising formats
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and integrate them into our marketing strategies
- Experiment with AI tools and technologies to drive innovative marketing solutions
- Own and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support integrated programs
- Guide junior team members
