Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in digital analytics, data interpretation, and delivering actionable insights in a dynamic digital environment
- Digital Analytics Platforms: Deep expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (or AEP), and Mixpanel
- Tag Management & QA: Strong experience with tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Telium) and a proven track record in technical debugging and quality assurance for both web and mobile analytics implementations
- Familiarity with marketing technology solutions like Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Webflow, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and similar platforms to support digital marketing analytics
- Experience in managing the complete analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering and data integration to insights generation and optimization. Familiarity with API development and cloud-based data architectures is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and technical challenges, translating them into clear, actionable insights that drive digital strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders—including marketing teams, product owners, and developers—to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop digital analytics measurement strategies that ensure those needs are met
- Design and configure tag management solutions based on requirements to ensure accurate digital data collection using platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Telium
- Utilize various tools and techniques to collect, clean, and analyze digital data from sources such as websites, social media, and online campaigns
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can enhance the digital customer experience
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify areas for improvement, including website usability, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Develop and execute A/B tests to validate insights and drive performance enhancements
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align data-driven recommendations with overall business goals
- Present complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the data and analytics team to develop and refine a comprehensive data strategy and support the implementation of data-driven processes
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital data through regular audits and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Confirm that data collection complies with HIPAA regulations and partner agreements
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to digital analytics, including the implementation of new tracking methods or tools to support Twin Health’s overall digital strategy
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications in digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) or related digital marketing technologies
- Experience in a fast-paced digital technology or large enterprise health tech environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Experience in B2B2C preferred
