This role supports the Account team in delivering against client visions, contributing to daily client interactions, synthesizing needs, and disseminating information across internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses a 4-year college degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of digital marketing and Martech/Adtech. Requirements
- 4-year college degree in related field: MBA a plus
- Ability to take initiative and work in collaboration with internal team as well as external partners
- Strong commitment to successful management of projects across various functional teams
- Basic understanding of curiosity around Martech/Adtech, Consumer Data, Digital Marketing and/or Media
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and apply that research in a meaningful way (i.e. competitive analysis, vendor capabilities, industry trends)
- Willingness to actively participate in meetings (internal and client facing)
- Ability to actively listen, demonstrate understanding and distill that information into deliverables (recap summaries, visual diagrams, presentations)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with an eye for detail, while being able to see the big picture and keep an end goal in mind
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Support the Account team in delivering against the client’s vision
- Contribute to daily interactions with the client helping synthesize needs and disseminating the information across internal teams for activation
- Support the creation of scoped deliverables- surfacing relevant research, aggregating key insights from discovery and developing narratives to convey findings
- Identify key areas of opportunity for the organization both internal and client-facing
- Be the primary point of contact for work stream tasks, output development and delivery (internal and external) - developing relationships with targeted stakeholders inside client, agency and technology organizations
- Assist PM or lead coordination and scheduling of internal/external meetings
- Grow and maintain knowledge of Marketing technology systems, analytics frameworks, data strategy principles and change management models
- Assist in the development of client-facing deliverables including (presentations, project roadmaps, research and thought leadership, status reports, etc.)
- Work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager in the discovery process, executing evaluations and research project
- Partner with the account lead to monitor project pacing, recommend adjustments to balance workload and execute billing
- Help maintain, inform and improve upon internal process flows and governance
- Develop a deep level of trust across internal disciplines and contribute to the success of the work stream delivery
- Play an active role in supporting advancement of Transparent internal goals to educate and advance the team’s collective expertise
- Contribute to Transparent’s branding and awareness efforts through content creation, social marketing and event participation
