Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English. Spanish is greatly desirable
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving customer success in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills, ideally in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Regular travel within Europe to meet with customers

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as an advocate and voice of your customer base within Uberall
  • Join important meetings with French and Spanish-speaking customers as an Uberall representative
  • Embrace and drive Uberall's Location Performance Optimization approach to enhance customer adoption and product usage, maximizing the value customers derive from our solutions
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, renewal negotiations, and new business development within existing accounts
  • Coach mentor and support your team members in developing and executing strategic account plans for key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Accurately forecast revenue, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities for the entire portfolio
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within your market and have those inform your strategic approach
