Summary

Join Included Health as an Associate General Manager for Navigation and lead the strategy and performance of our Navigation product portfolio. You will be a key player in expanding our navigation offerings into new areas like pharmacy, analyzing market trends, building business plans, and identifying partnership opportunities. This role involves a mix of business strategy, product vision, operations, and commercial execution, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You'll contribute to building amazing Navigation products, ensuring commercial success, and achieving growth goals. This individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Associate General Manager and is part of a small team focused on transforming healthcare for millions of patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 7 of those years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or associate GM role at a high-growth company
  • Outstanding strategic and analytical abilities and instincts
  • Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity
  • Create effective relationships and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Experience leading strategic and high stakes projects that deliver measurable business impact
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
  • Extensive experience working in the healthcare space and balancing across various partners, including insurance carriers and TPAs
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
  • Occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and performance for the Navigation product portfolio
  • Expand navigation offerings into new areas such as pharmacy
  • Analyze and understand new trends in your markets
  • Build business plans
  • Recognize partnership opportunities
  • Understand customers and users to develop a POV on which problems we should solve in the short, medium and long term
  • Identify opportunities to scale
  • Support complex sales efforts and important customer initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership to run critical projects that cross-cut our existing organizations and provide high impact results
  • Help the Product, Care and Operations teams to build amazing Navigation products that deliver value for our buyers and provide a transformational healthcare experience for our patients
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure the commercial success of the Navigation product line and achieve the growth goals to make us the largest digital healthcare company in the country
