Summary

Join OpenTable as a District Director and lead a team of 12 FTEs in growing revenue and customer base through new sales acquisition and retention, while developing a team to meet/exceed assigned sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue and customer base through new sales acquisition and retention + growth of assigned accounts
  • Develop a team to meet/exceed assigned sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Provide leadership for the dispersed sales team in the region through a hybrid phone/field sales model
  • Develop and execute annual territory strategies and forecasts, including comprehensive sales and retention planning, for the territory
  • Handle direct management of pre-sales (Account Executives) and post-sales (Account Management) teams
  • Effectively handle performance across the team to hit goals for the regions
  • Define characteristics of top performers for the organization. Identify, recruit, hire and train the team to build and retain a group of highly motivated, bold, and top performing Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Leaders
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers
  • Maintain clear communication lines and a sense of camaraderie for your team from a distance
  • Represent OpenTable as a leader in the industry and to assigned accounts
