Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing benefits programs, with 5+ years in a global benefits role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance with local regulations
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage employees, leadership, and external partners
  • Proven leadership abilities, including managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of our global benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary benefits programs
  • Oversee leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws such as FMLA, ADA, and state-specific regulations
  • Oversee relationships with benefits vendors, including negotiation and contract management, ensuring high service levels
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Analyze program costs and utilization trends, recommending optimizations to maintain value and employee satisfaction
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees about benefits, leaves, accommodations, and wellness programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs using employee feedback and market data to drive continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams to integrate benefits and leave policies with total rewards initiatives
  • Provide benefits expertise during mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transitions to ensure seamless integration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience managing total rewards programs, including compensation
  • Familiarity with global benefits programs and cultural adaptations
