Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of BI professionals
• Experience developing and implementing BI strategies and solutions
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Looker, SSRS, SQL and native reporting in the could data platforms – Snowflake, Azure, AWS
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy to support business objectives and drive growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key business metrics and reporting requirements
• Build out the full suite of management and operational reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports
• Lead a small team of BI professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and identify opportunities for data quality improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our reporting capabilities
