You will engage with top partners to build relationships, generate co-selling and resale opportunities, and deliver enablement programs. Responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, maintaining partner relationships, developing joint business plans, creating partner enablement programs, collaborating cross-functionally, assisting Simpplr AEs and AMs, and reporting key metrics. The ideal candidate possesses 10-15 years of relevant experience managing strategic partners for SaaS companies, a proven track record of achieving revenue goals, and strong communication skills. Simpplr offers a competitive salary ($170,000-$210,000 USD), bonus, equity, and benefits, along with a flexible Hub-Hybrid-Remote work model.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience managing strategic ISV, service partners, and resellers for SaaS companies
- A proven track record of achieving revenue goals through channels & alliances
- Experience developing and growing partnerships from infancy to $1M+ revenue
- Experience developing and executing partner enablement programs
- Self-starter, self-aware, disciplined, and ready to travel up to 30% of the time to attend meetings, industry conferences, and partner/customer locations
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with and provide feedback to other teams in the organization
- Passionate, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets: grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals and working closely with Simpplr sales team and partners to close deals
- Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships, including a regular cadence with partner executives, field-level leadership, and account teams
- Develop and manage a joint business plan with each partner
- Create and deliver partner enablement programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute programs that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Help Simpplr AEs and AMs to work effectively with partners, assist them with joint field-level engagement opportunities
- Monitor and report achievements and key metrics to Simpplr executive team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with GSIs, strategy consulting & advisory firms
- Prior experience developing resellers, both geographic and vertical/SLED
- Exposure to the “employee productivity” SaaS category
