Join Manifold, a health research infrastructure company, as a Director, Client Solutions to drive sales of its AI-powered clinical research platform. Partner with sales and GTM teams to showcase the platform's capabilities to potential customers, qualify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor. Conduct product demos, manage technical validation, and craft business cases for prospects. Liaise between sales, customers, and Manifold's technical teams. Solve customer problems, build relationships with stakeholders, and deliver engaging product demos. Collaborate on sales strategies and account plans, provide insights to improve clinical research, and drive product adoption. Translate use cases into technical solutions, provide product feedback, and assist with post-sales implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer facing role, and 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales sales role selling to large enterprises
- A strong desire to leverage your consultative selling skills and develop in-depth knowledge of our technology and market in a rapidly changing environment for AI
- An ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, from C-level executives to end users, through a consultative selling approach
- Organized and methodical in your approach; Able to efficiently manage time and prioritize deadlines
- Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and able to work with little direct supervision
Responsibilities
- Solve problems for potential customers by understanding the prospectβs situation, the challenges that they are experiencing, and demonstrating the value of Manifold
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders by understanding their existing processes and crafting solutions using our product suite
- Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions to get prospects excited about how Manifold will help them reach their goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members to help further sales strategy, develop account strategies, and account plans
- Provide your prospects with insights and learnings to help improve their clinical research capabilities
- Drive adoption during proof of values by training individual managers and users on the Manifold product suite
- Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions that demonstrate a clear path to ROI
- Provide feedback to product management about the successes and failures in the field
- Assist in post-sales, implementation activities as needed
