Summary

Join Boomi's Corporate Finance team as a leader, building and developing the team's capabilities across all aspects of corporate finance. You will partner with the broader finance organization to drive financial forecasts, deliver business analytics, and develop budgets and plans. This role requires a seasoned software finance professional comfortable working across various finance areas and the business. You will lead the team, develop business models, produce financial reporting, collaborate with partners, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive professional finance experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership across FP&A or other finance functions
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in both excel and cloud-based FP&A planning tools like Adaptive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to effectively delegate work to team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for partnering with the Senior Leadership team and broader finance organization
  • Focus on developing business models to help grow the topline metrics for the company
  • Produce key financial and operational reporting for the business
  • Collaborate with finance and business partners to deliver financial objectives; oversee monthly P&L reviews; and identify trends along with board reporting
  • Lead departmental initiatives in continuous improvement of financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices
  • Lead and mentor a high performing team
  • Drive the annual planning process for the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in private-equity or public SaaS companies
  • Ability to develop and present effective executive-level communications

Benefits

  • The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $150,000 - $200,000 annually + applicable bonus
  • This position is remote-friendly
