Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategy through financial insights
• Great communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling teams
• Record of driving process improvements and implementing scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in using financial tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Pigment) to enhance financial planning and reporting
• Strong analytical skills, with a balance between strategic thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Drive FP&A Processes: Take a hands-on approach and lead the company-wide financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
• Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that guide critical business decisions
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate company performance, support strategic initiatives, and explain variances between forecasts and actual results
• Performance Insights: Deliver timely and actionable financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business leaders and influence performance
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, leveraging automation and financial tools to support the company’s growth
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead ad hoc projects, including M&A analysis, financial integrations, and other special initiatives
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a focus on continuous improvement
