Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as the Head of CxO Strategy and Transformation Program. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to engage and elevate relationships with key executives in the cloud security sector. Oversee the Executive Sponsorship Program and Executive Business Review (EBR) Program. Develop impactful training and executive workshop programs. Cultivate relationships with Venture Capitalists (VCs). Collaborate with marketing and events teams for C-level events and content. Position Wiz as a thought leader in cloud security. This role requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree, 8+ years of experience, proven track record in engaging with C-level executives, excellent communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy development, customer engagement, or related roles, ideally within the tech or cloud security industry
  • Proven track record in engaging with C-level executives and understanding their business needs
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
  • Passion for cloud security and technology trends
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Establish the overarching vision and strategy for the CxO Program, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and the evolving needs of our clients
  • Oversee the Executive Sponsorship Program and Executive Business Review (EBR) Program, ensuring they deliver maximum value to our clients and foster strong relationships
  • Develop impactful training and executive workshop programs to enhance client knowledge and engagement with our offerings
  • Cultivate relationships with Venture Capitalists (VCs) to deepen CxO connections, ensuring mutual value and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to provide strategic oversight for C-level events and content, ensuring these initiatives align with broader business objectives
  • Position the company as a thought leader in the cloud security space, leveraging insights from CxO relationships to accelerate our pipeline and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Lead the customer community engagement program, creating strategies and managing a team focused on enhancing user community initiatives, engagement, value delivery, and feedback mechanisms for user champions
  • Ensure seamless integration between community efforts and CxO strategies, driving product adoption and user satisfaction
